Job Description/Summary
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Run errands such as picking up supplies, delivering documents, and other necessary tasks.
- Assist with maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
Job Requirements
- Must be a practicing Muslim.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
